Descend, ford East Branch of the Pleasant River, my last ford. Nice spot at Mountain View Pond with Alfie the Wonder Pup, then up Little Boardman Mountain, back down for a break on the beach at Crawford Pond after a bushwhack with Alfie and Skip LaPlante. Easy hike to the Cooper Brook  Falls Lean-to. Meet Joe from Pittsburgh heading south. Also at lean-to: Skip, Alfie, Fox and Dove. Check out beautiful falls, crash.
